in its new Power Series, the Boater's Dream. The Boater's Dream features a high-performance design that utilizes fins to increase the mass and surface area of the anode. This combined with its aluminum alloy composition allows for a greater cathodic protection current than is available from a traditional zinc anode. Thanks to the extra volume and properties of the aluminum alloy, the Boater's Dream anode lasts more than twice as long as a zinc anode with only 75% of the weight. Measuring 12" x 6", the Boater's Dream also incorporates Performance Metals' patented wear indicator in the central fin. This ensures that the boater knows when it is time to change anodes.
