History of Donzi Boats
Donzi Boats was started by Don Aronow in 1963.
In 1964 Aronow sold the Donzi Boats to the Teleflex Corporation. A boat accessories conglomerate
In 1967, Donzi Boats was sold to a group headed by former Teleflex executives, Tim and John Chisolm, and their father Cameron
In 1985, the former President of Chris Craft and Clearwater businessman, Jack Staples, acquired Donzi Boats.
In 1988 Donzi Boats was acquired by Outboard Marine Corporation.
In 1993 Donzi Boats was acquired by American Marine Holdings.
