Eagle Cove Marina is Central Alabama's gateway to the fun of boating and the adventure of cruising on one of the most beautiful waterways in the country. Eagle Cove is a 75-slip marina located at mile 348.4 LDB on Holt Lake of the Black Warrior River. The Warrior is a branch of the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, which gives cruisers access to America's vast river system, the Gulf Coast, and beyond. By land, boaters are only 5 miles from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and 45 miles from Birmingham, Alabama. Whether visitors come for a day or dock with us permanently, they will enjoy the "laid back" atmosphere with abundant wildlife and beautiful scenery. Located just feet from the shoreline, Eagle's Nest Restaurant serves the best barbeque in the state. Nearby Tuscaloosa is a vibrant community with shopping malls, movies, musical events, sports events, art festivals, and a number of excellent golf courses. It is also the home of the University of Alabama.
