I am looking for a good paint that has non-slip characteristics for my deck. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Durabak (Cote-L?) makes a non-slip paint that incorporates rubber granules. I believe Interlux (yachtpaint.com) also makes a non-slip coating

Interlux has a polymer additive that you add to paint of your choice. I cleans up well and is easy on the feet. DO NOT USE SAND!

I just did the entire upperdeck of my boat with Dura-Bak. I used the non skid rough for the base coat, then used the smooth for the second coat. I used bright white. It's great! It stays cool, is easy to keep clean-just hose off, or mop, and is still nonskid. We're very happy with it.
