I have a 2004 Palm Beach 22' Cutty with a Yamaha 225 4 stroke.
The problem I am having is getting up on a plane. I feel I have more then enough power, but can not get out of the hole unless I have all of the weight in the boat forward.
Any suggestions?

Check the pitch of your prop. You may want to go to a smaller pitch. This will get you out of the hole quicker, but you may sacrifice some top end speed.
Did you buy the boat new? I would suggest you take it back to your selling dealer to have them deal with this. (that's why you paid them the big bucks for this boat)

Do you tuck the engine under when starting out then trim it out when your on plane? Is your WOT on spec? If you cant reach spec RPM wide open you need less pitch in your prop.
